bMoneywize is Nominated for the UK’ Largest Diversity Awards

bMoneywize, a local (community organisation ) from (Barking, Essex) has been nominated for the (Community Organisation Award) at The National Diversity Awards 2018.

The Breathtaking Liverpool Anglican Cathedral will play host to this year’s awards, to be held on 14th September. Britain’s most inspirational and selfless people will come together to honour the rich tapestry of our nation, recognising individuals and groups from grass roots communities.

The prestigious black tie event recognises nominees in their respective fields of diversity including age, disability, gender, race, faith, religion and sexual orientation.

bMoney Wize® is a youth-¬focused social enterprise. We know that schools focus heavily on maths education of children, but financial education is rarely part of a high-school curriculum, leaving children lacking very important real-life skills. We develop board games aimed at fulfilling this growing demand for financial education, pioneering a fun and new approach to teaching.
bMoneywize provides an innovative educational solution to teaching young people Financial literacy skills in an increasingly “Cashless Society.” We were credited on ITV News with creating to the solution to the problem of teaching children money skills in a digital world.

The Last Leg star Adam Hills and Child Prodigy Joshua Beckford received accolades at last year’s ceremony alongside a host of incredible award winners.

Childhood Tumour Trust, MenTell Health and Caribbean Social Forum were also recognised amongst some of the UK’s most inspiring role models and community organisations.

The National Diversity Awards receives over 20,000 nominations and votes annually. Founder & CEO Paul Sesay said, ‘After an eye opening year we look to those who represent progress, spirit and resilience. As we enter our 07th awards season, the game changers and peace makers who remain unheard will shine under the spotlight, and reach every section of society with their passion and positivity.
